Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions about ordering, shipping, and our 3D-printed products.
How do I place an order?
Browse our shop, add items to your cart, and tap Order via WhatsApp. This opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled order summary. Send the message — our team will reply to confirm your order, collect your delivery address, and share payment details.
I clicked "Order via WhatsApp" but didn't send the message. Is my order placed?
No. Your order is only confirmed after you send the WhatsApp message and receive a confirmation reply from us. Simply clicking the button does not place an order.
How do I pay?
Payment is currently coordinated via WhatsApp after order confirmation — we accept UPI and bank transfer. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time. An online payment gateway is coming soon.
How long does delivery take?
Standard products are produced in 2–3 business days and shipped in 3–5 business days — a total of roughly 5–8 business days from order confirmation. Custom orders take longer: 5–10 working days for production, then 3–5 days shipping. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you ship outside India?
Not at the moment. We ship Pan India only.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking number via WhatsApp. Use it on the courier's website to track your shipment.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of your WhatsApp order confirmation. After that, production has started and cancellation is not possible. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
Can I return a personalised item?
Personalised and custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or incorrect production on our part. If your item arrived damaged or wrong, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
Why does the colour look slightly different from the product photo?
Screen displays (especially on phones) show colours differently from physical filament materials. Minor colour variation between the product photo and the actual item is normal and not considered a defect. We do our best to photograph products accurately.
What is FDM 3D printing?
FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling) is the 3D printing process we use. A plastic filament is melted and deposited layer by layer to build the product. This means you may see fine layer lines on the surface — this is a characteristic of the process, not a flaw, and gives each product a unique handcrafted quality.
How do I request a completely custom design?
Use our Custom Order page to describe your idea. We'll review it and get back to you within 24–48 hours to discuss design and pricing.
Do you offer bulk orders?
Yes, we can accommodate bulk orders for corporates, events, and gifting. Message us on WhatsApp with your requirements and we'll share pricing.
