Production Time
All LayerPop products are made to order. Once your order is confirmed via WhatsApp, we begin production within 1 business day.
- Standard products: 2–3 business days to produce and quality check.
- Custom / personalised orders: 5–10 working days depending on complexity.
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery Timelines
After dispatch, standard courier delivery takes 3–5 business days across India. Total time from order confirmation to delivery is typically 5–8 business days for standard products.
Delivery timelines may be longer during peak seasons, public holidays, or in remote pin codes.
Shipping Coverage
We ship Pan India. International shipping is not available at this time.
How We Collect Your Address
LayerPop uses WhatsApp-based order confirmation. Your delivery address is collected during the WhatsApp conversation after you place your order. Please respond to our confirmation message promptly — unconfirmed orders are held for 48 hours before being cancelled.
Please double-check your address when sharing it with us. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Re-shipment due to an incorrect address will be at the customer's expense.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are communicated during the WhatsApp order confirmation. Free shipping may be available on orders above a minimum value — check the website or ask us on WhatsApp for current promotions.
Payment & Cash on Delivery
Payment is coordinated via WhatsApp (UPI / bank transfer). Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking number via WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier's website.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.
For lost shipments, please reach out to us on WhatsApp and we will investigate with the courier partner on your behalf.
