Acceptance of Terms

By using the LayerPop website (www.layerpop.in) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

You must be 18 years or older to place an order. Users under 18 may place orders only with parental or guardian consent.

How Ordering Works

LayerPop uses a WhatsApp-based order confirmation process:

1. Browse products and add items to your cart on our website.
2. Click "Order via WhatsApp" — this opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled order summary.
3. Send the message to our WhatsApp number.
4. Our team will review your order and send a confirmation reply with payment details and delivery address request.
5. Your order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation reply from LayerPop. Simply opening WhatsApp or sending the message does not constitute a confirmed order.

Product Accuracy & 3D Print Characteristics

Our products are made using FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling) 3D printing. The following are inherent characteristics of this process and are not defects:

• Visible layer lines on the product surface.
• Minor colour variation from on-screen product photos (due to monitor calibration and filament properties).
• Dimensional tolerance of ±0.5mm.
• Slight surface texture variation depending on print orientation.

Product images on the website are representative and may differ slightly from the physical product.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the final price.

Payment is currently coordinated via WhatsApp (UPI / bank transfer). Cash on Delivery is not available. A payment gateway will be added in a future update.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy for full details. In summary: cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of order confirmation; personalised items are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects.

Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, images, logos, product designs, and graphics — is the intellectual property of LayerPop and is protected under applicable Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

Custom Order submissions: When you submit a custom order, you retain ownership of any design, text, or artwork you submit. By submitting, you grant LayerPop a limited, non-exclusive licence to use your submitted content solely to fulfil your order.

LayerPop may photograph completed custom products for portfolio and marketing purposes (e.g. Instagram, website). If you do not wish your product to be photographed, please state this in your WhatsApp order conversation.

Prohibited submissions: You must not submit copyrighted logos, trademarked characters, or branded content (e.g. sports team logos, movie characters, brand insignia) without proof of authorisation. LayerPop reserves the right to decline orders containing such content. Submission of obscene, illegal, or defamatory content is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

LayerPop's total liability in connection with any order is limited to the value paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, natural disasters, or events outside our control.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Valsad, Gujarat, India.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
